The group Stone Circle is made up of Manifest (aka Seven), Braynz , Nine Lives and Mic Interface Concise (aka Influence). They have been together for a long while now and were previously known as Irrational. They became honorary members of the Social Misfits crew in mid-2000 after rolling with the allstar collective for about a year. Each member of Stone Circle has a distinctive flow and each brings their own unique style that makes the group a tight rhyming sect capable of hitting you off from any side of their circumference. Their trademark fast-slow flows and effective regular use of eargarsmic verbal patterns are just some of the reason they command listeners attention. Beyond this Stone Circle offer sharp and precise vocal delivery, cunning and amusing metaphors, witty and immediate punch-lines, knowledged and informative concepts. Some of the most memorable lyrical quotes from the Social Misfits album are provided by this group. Lines like "….I'm celibate, I just do give a f**k", or "I'm off the wall like chandeliers…" (Manifest: Rebels Without Applause) are just why Stone Circle are the type of group that will bring pain to your play and rewind buttons. They have been previously likened to Ultramagnetic MCs and even though their overall sound defies this notion, their current recordings could be compiled as a new millennium version of Critical Beatdown (Ultra's first and still most classic album). Like the Ultra's they offer some deeply entwined thoughts and appear to have a little of a fixation with the solar system, conspiracy theories, destroying wack emcees, some flamboyant self-analysis coupled with a constant fresh dosage of intelligent and well thought out lyrics. On the other hand that comparison is limited and they do have their own very unique identity as already demonstrated on the Social Misfits album. The group has a very deep love for hip-hop and consider themselves students of this artform and culture. Expect them to graduate with exceptional honours when they submit their forthcoming audio assignment before mid-2001.
