Sir Prestige da Social Misfit is the full street alias of the producer and chief executive behind all of the Social Misfit releases to date. The Kenyan-born up-n-coming music mogul formed the company and the crew a couple years ago and with the assistant of the rest of his social misfit collaboration has directed it to become one of the most featured and highly promising hip-hop institutions in the UK - and now fast creating a presence on the international scene.

The young versatile beat merchant has been actively involved in hip-hop for nearly ten years and professes to have created nearly 200 complete and releasable recordings in just the last 18 months. He describes his musical compositions as,

"I would equate my role of as a music producer as similar to that of a movie director. My music must encompass depth and emotion. When I am producing my beats I envision graphical details thus constructing soundscapes for the vocalists to add additional motion." With no formal music training or background other than a long-time passionate involvement he has established himself as one of UK's prominent hip-hop producers and has earned the same reputation amongst the urban music scene back in his native home of Kenya and hopes to transcend this to the rest of the world.

Though preferring to exclusively produce for Social Misfit related projects he has occasioned veined off this intention to make notable production contributions for a number of other artists based in the UK as well as in US and Africa (as an excuse to pursue his other interests - travelling).

His dual role in the company has meant that he is forever occupied, either creating beats or marketing his roster of artists. The ambitious young man intends to turn Social Misfit Entertainment into an influential company on the international music scene and accredits the progression achieved so far as a result of the street and corporate knowledge he has so far attained hustling music, attending music business courses and utilising his professional academic qualifications (which incidentally includes a Masters in International Marketing). He also acknowledges the hardwork and determination that the rest of his Social Misfits associates contribute and is optimistic about all their future prospects.
